You can configure each email to be sent only when a condition is met as explained here. But you can also insert content to the email (like a specific text or image) conditionally. To do so follow these steps:

1.- Go to the email designer

2.- Click on “Condition”

3.- Define your condition (the content that you define will be added only when the condition is met). In the example below the content will be added only when the text box has the value of “Hello”

Editing your condition

If you later want to view or edit the condition that you specified you can click in the condition block and then on “Edit Condition”

You can also configure an email to be sent depending on a condition. To do so follow these steps:

1.- Go to the email designer

2. Click on “Show advanced options”

3. Click on “Enable Condition” and define your condition. In the example below the email will be sent only if the Text box field has the text “Hello”

That’s it! Now your email will be sent only when your configured condition is met.

You can add a QR code to an email or confirmation message, to do so follow these steps:

1.- Go to the form designer and click on the QR code icon

2.- Define the QR code text

You can also click in the tag icon to add dynamic information like the text of a field or the entry number

3.- Click on apply

Once you add a QR Code you can also change its size or change its text by selecting the QR Code and modifying its settings:

To configure an email notification do the following:

1.- Go to Settings/Emailing

2.- In the Send Email To type an email or select an “Email” or “Input Box” field, you can add as many email addresses as you need

3.- Select a subject, this field support tags

4.- In case you want to configure advanced options like CC, BCC or “Reply To” address click in “Show Advanced Options”

This will expand the advanced options panel

5.- If you want to send this email only when a condition is met click in “Enable Conditions” and define your condition.

6.- Define the content of the email
