What is it?
The confirmation add on will display a summary of all the information that was filled so the user can easily view it before submitting the form.
How it works?
Once you have the confirmation add on installed you can go to Settings/Confirmation to turn it on
Inside the confirmation page you can configure a custom icon title and description of the review page
