Automatically send the submitted information to your Google Sheet

Do you want to save all the submitted information in a Google sheet? Then this is the plugin for you.

With this add-on when a form is submitted or edited the data will be automatically used to fill a Google sheet

Features

  • Automatically send the submitted information when a form is submitted
  • Edition support, when you update a record the Google sheet will be also be updated accordingly
  • Conditional logic support, send the data only when a condition is met, you could use this to only send information about records that met a condition

How it works

1.- Install and activate the plugin

2.- Go to the Google Sheets add-on and configure the access config file (more about this here: https://allinoneforms.rednao.com/knowledge-base/configuring-the-google-sheet-add-on/ )

3.- Map your Google sheet columns with your form fields, in the example below the information of the text box with id 6 will be saved in column C

That’s it! After doing this the data will be automatically sent to Google Sheets.

Alternatively, you can configure your Google sheet to receive only records that match a condition, to do so just check the “Enable Conditions” box and define your condition
